During the General Assembly held
in Malta on the 7/8 May
2005, the Sanlat Task Force was created with the aim to reinforce
academic cooperation
with Latin America Universities and to offer some kind of continuation
of the successful
experience of EU Programme AlBan of High Level Scholarships for Latin
America.
In 2006 in Braga, during the
Liaison Officers meeting, it
was decided to organise the SANLAT Cooperation Databank of
relevant information on
cooperation with Latin America provided by SG members, in order to help
the formulation of
proposals within the scope of new EU cooperation programmes for the
region. The
information is available to all SG members through the INTRANET
already
available.
We thus invite all SG member
universities to complete or
update the QUESTIONNAIRE
in this website
as soon as possible.
Other initiatives are very
welcome and this website and
the SANLAT Taskforce is happy to offer them the best support.

and their successful implementation and monitoring.
It covers the essential of the project cycle, the first phase (identification, planning and formulation) in Part 1 of the
Handbook and the second phase (implementation, monitoring, reporting
and evaluation) in Part 2.
